Well, I leave for college only 3 weeks from today. That means it's crunch time with all this packing stuff, hence the fun packing posts lately! (Actually that's all I've posted so far!) I love making lists, far more than any human naturally should! My list for this week is a calendar of when I plan on completing tasks for packing. I was inspired to do this because I saw a girl on YouTube doing a series of tag videos, one for each day of the week leading up to leaving for college and what she packed. I saw this and thought, well there must be a good calendar of how to pack for college, but I had no luck finding anything even among the vast expanse of the internet. So since no one else had the bright idea to post this, I'll be that person, so the next person to look it up can see my plan!

Winter clothes, some dishes, some school supplies, some decor, some bedding, etc. Also, my room is a complete disaster zone right now due to picking up random stuff I have from around my house and working on my best friend's grad gift (which I might show in a later post after I give it to her), as well as just the mess of regular use. Sometime in this schedule I will go shopping for the rest of my college stuff, but that depends on my dad's schedule. |
Hope this helped you in packing for college, or just satisfied your curiosity about what I'm doing until I leave. Each day I intentionally planned only small, manageable tasks so I will actually do them and not be discouraged. Also, I want to have lots of extra time to be with my family and friends, read my three books (due on the 4th), and get fully caught up on Supernatural. Check back next Friday to see how I'm doing with my schedule!
